Victorian Cast Iron Paper Clip - c1890.
This item is a VICTORIAN CAST IRON PAPER CLIP. It features a raised design consisting of a man drinking from a ewer being held by a woman. The clip measures 5 1/4" by 2 1/8" and is quite heavy. It either rests flat or can be hung from a vertical surface. The spring is strong and the clip grasps firmly. It dates c1890.
