This item is a good sized ENGLISH WALNUT BOBBIN STAND. it's 12"H and the base measures 8 1/2" in diameter. The stand has two tiers. The top tier, which revolves, has spindles for four bobbins and a small receptacle for pins or what-not. The second tier has 7 spindles and another urn shaped receptacle for items. The stand is in lovely condition with excellent color and patina. It rests on three turned feet.
