This item is a PAINTED METAL PARROT PEN WIPE. It is in fantastic condition with clear, bright paint - red, yellow and greens - which is 100% complete. It is gorgeous. Overall, it measures 5 1/4" long and 3 1/2" high. The generous size wipe is made out of boar bristle. It is of good weight and sits well on its feet.
