Antique sterling silver desk calendar and crystal ink well with sterling silver cap, circa 1901.
Monogram on both pieces appears to be GOB.
The desk calendar is a sterling silver stand that displays month, day and date cards, which are included. Calendar features a floral and leaf design, and is monogrammed at the top center. Crystal ink well is square shaped with a beautiful cut design at bottom. Etched floral and leaf design cap is monogrammed.
The calendar measures approx 4 3/4" high, 3 1/2" wide.
The ink well measures approx 3 1/4" high, 2 1/2" square.
The calendar weighs approx 76.5g, 49.2dwt.
The ink well weighs approx 570g, 367dwt.
Both pieces are fully hallmarked with lion, anchor, G, STERLING, B1628M, hourglass (date mark for 1901)
Very nice condition with some tarnish and surface scratching on all pieces.
