This small antique English marine watercolor shows 2 people sailing in a harbor on a cloudy afternoon. On the right side, a sailing ship, with full rigging, is anchored by waterfront warehouses. The painting is done on thick card and glued along the top edge to the matt. The signature in the bottom right is impossible to decipher and the picture is unframed. It measure 9.75 by 6.5 inches and is in excellent antique condition. The somber and muted colors give this piece a charming appeal.
