This is a beautiful ring, an unusual and interesting trinity round cut diamond ring with great sparkling power.
Its design seems to have been influenced by two aesthetic movements. On the one hand, the Art Nouveau influence is felt with the face of the ring which is slightly elevated above shank, thus giving an airy and lacy look to the ring. While the elevated gallery and the cathedral setting of the diamonds recalls forms typical of the Art Nouveau movement, on the other hand, the 3-stone design and 18K solid white gold material are reminiscent of the more popular Art Déco rings.
The diamonds weigh a total of approximately 0.16 ct each, for a total of approximately 0.48ctw All three diamonds are loupe clean with no visible inclusions (VS1-VVS2). The diamonds are well matched and a range of H-I with open culets. The diamonds are open port set to allow the light to move freely through the gallery adding more shine to these sparkling stones. This three-stone trilogy denotes a very meticulous craftsmanship.
The 18K purity of the metal makes this ring suitable for an engagement, a wedding band or to wear as a cocktail ring.
