“Chester Freeman is a former college chaplain from the University of Massachusetts and Amherst College. He began his career as a teddy bear artist in the early 1980’s. He believed that teddy bears are a symbol of spirituality. He is graduate of Hampton University with a master’s degree in theology from Colgate Rochester Divinity School/Bexley Hall/Crozer Theological Seminary in Rochester, NY.
