Rare 19th Century Copper and Brass footed Teapot with Wooden Handle
This is a wonderful old Copper and Brass teapot with copper rivets, brass legs and tin lined. Small hole on top for steam.
This was handed down to me by my grandmother which was handed down to her from her mother. I believe it is from England but there are not markings for me to verify. It has been in storage for years and I am downsizing so I need to let this beautiful teapot and its memories go.
Condition: Great condition but not perfect. One of the legs broke was repaired and solid. A few indents on very bottom but nothing serious looks to be original to piece. Wooden handle is discolored but not cracks or breaks. It has been cleaned but could use a little more TLC. Spout is not perfectly even and Brass fitting on top of lid has a few little scratch marks (can see if you look real close)
Measures: 9" tall (with Lid) x 10" wide (Including handle) - Pot Dimensions: 5" dia (at widest) x 5 1/2" tall (to top rim)
Happy to combine shipments
