Elegant & dimensional goldtone metal statement piece is accented with prong set clear rhinestones and domed red lucite cabochon stones.
Measures 3 1/2 " by 3 1/2" x 1" deep. All stones are prong set. All Stones present & in excellent vintage condition.
Back of the brooch shows normal wear consistent with age of goldtone metal.
Front side excellent vintage condition.
Overall Very Good Vintage Condition.

Bill Smith won the Coty Fashion award in 1970 for costume jewelry design and was the first African American to win a Coty award.
Joseph H Meyer & Brothers founded their jewelry company in 1911 and was located in Brooklyn, NY. Richelieu is one of the many signatures used and the company is still in business.
