Deep richly colored antique coral in this rare Victorian carved coral bracelet dating to the 1800's. These are increasing hard to find in wearable condition and this is a fine example with outstanding rich deep orange/red coral with a high polish. The theme of the bracelet is branches, leaves and berries. The metal is a golden colored Pinchbeck which was popular during this time period and mimiced gold. The bracelet measures 2 1/4 inches across the opening and opens and closes with a small golden bar on the side as seen in the photos. Natural inclusions to some of the coral pieces in very good antique condition, very wearable and in good working order.
