This is a truly old piece of jewelry dating back to the Georgian to Victorian period. Made of
the finest translucent chalcedony which was used for jewelry as far back as the Bronze age.
Fine examples like this are highly collectible and have stood the test of time. This drop measures
5.3cm in length including the cap and loop. Just over 2 inches.Fabulously decorated with a golden flower growing
up the side of the pendant and a golden cap. The metal and chain do not test for gold and I
am assuming due to its age they are Pinchbeck. Chain measures 16.5 inches with a push clasp.
No damage. The chalcedony is so translucent one can see right through the pendant.
