A merchant is bringing his wares into the town square on a pair of donkeys. The church cathedral with its outer wall lines the street with large blooms of Bougainvillea flowers draping over the walls. This is an early 20th century stone litho folio. It was hand colored to enhance the beauty of the print. The etching is in great condition with no tears, holes or water damage. The deep plate mark in the paper measures 10-3/4 inches wide and 13-3/4 inches tall. Titled Bougainvillea and signed in pencil illegibly lower right. In the nice frame it measures 19 inches wide and 23 inches tall.
