Mark enlisted in the Navy at seventeen and served in the Korean War. He retired as a MMCS from the Navy after 24 years. After his release from active duty he became well known for his contemporary and experimental use of mixed media and metal sculpture and relief. In 1979, he established Eclectic Art Contemporary Art Experiments. He worked for peace, environmental, animal rights, and was a welfare advocate. This piece is demential and very interesting. It has different sizes of objects made of cardboard and wire hand painted with splatter paint. The piece is set in a wood frame. The Artist card is attached to the back. This piece was part of a series called, ‘Construction Design’. Mark was part of the Art scene in Denver, Colorado. His art has been in expositions throughout the metro area in Denver. The art measures 9 inches wide and 7-1/2 inches tall. In the wood frame it measures 11-1/4 inches wide and 9-1/4 inches tall. This would look wonderful displayed in a modern office or home.
