Yellow, white and orange floral bouquet with a small blue butterfly. This watercolor painting on paper is signed in pencil under leaf on left, Valentine. Signed and titled on verso, Marion Valentine, ‘Summer Flowers Blue Butterfly.’ The 1960’s watercolor painting is in great condition with no water damage, holes or tears. Inside the mat the painting measures 10-3/4 inches wide and 12-3/4 inches tall. The mat has light yellowing from age around the edges. Set in a golden frame that measures 18-1/4 inches wide and 21 inches tall. The back paper has a tear along the top. If you would like a new back paper, please let me know and I will have one put on free of charge. Marion Valentine was one of the founding members of the Tubac Arizona artist colony.
