Handsome high relief medal from the Centennial of the evacuation of the British from New York in 1783. This so called dollar has a raised relief bust of George Washington. Uncirculated and in great condition for its age. 5 mm thick at edge and about 7 mm thick over Washington bust. It measures 45 mm Diameter. Weights 44 mg on my postal scale. The outer edge is smooth. Has a couple small spots of tarnish from age.
