I normally ship by the next business day after payment has cleared. As soon as an item is shipped I provide a tracking number so you can follow your package in route. My items are shipped in boxes with bubble wrap and peanuts. I don't use padded envelopes for small items because they seem to be less protective. All large items ship UPS ground domestically unless requested to use another service. Small items ship the best, inexpensive way USPS, UPS or FedEx. I don't add extra shipping and handling fees for boxes and packaging. Please note just because the post office says it will be there in one to three days (like Priority Mail) I have seen them hold packages in route for more than two weeks. I have no control over this. I ship the best way through the US post office unless you select or ask for a faster preferred option. Most artwork over 12 x 15 is shipped UPS ground. At this time International shipping has ended for me because it is taking way too long for packages to arrive and I am out the money. Each item is insured through the carrier. If an item is received damaged you must file the report with the carrier or deny delivery of item. PLEASE keep the box and all materials because the Post Office and other shipping methods want proof. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. I combine shipping as long as the items can be safely shipped together. This includes all art. If a buyer would like to arrange different shipping I will do my best to accommodate their options. I have a 3 month layaway plan on any item. If you would like to start a layaway just purchase the items and in the note just let me know how you would like the layaway up to 3 months maximum. Shorter terms or bi-monthly payments acceptable. I will add prices of items plus combine shipping and divide into equal payments. How to pay by Credit or Debit Card, To pay with Credit Card or PayPal, please go to Rubylane.com and Log in. In the ‘My Account’ tab at top right select ‘Orders.’ (Person icon next to heart on phone or I-pad.) Then click on, View Orders. On the order use the blue PayPal button and it will direct you to Pay screen. (On some computers or phones you may need to click on View Payment History.) You do not need to have a PayPal account to use a credit or debit card. If using a credit or debit card use the Black debit or credit card link. The Yellow PayPal links are for people with a PayPal account.
