This is a nice French impression of a woman who is not sure what to wear. Signed lower left, Phillips. The painting has no scratches, holes or restorations but has a slight concave bow to the art canvas panel. It has the artist tag on the verso. The painting measures about 15 inches wide and 30 inches tall. In its original 1940’s -1950’s frame that measures 16-3/4 inches wide and 31-3/4 inches tall. I am not familiar with this artist.
