Original serigraph of a black horse in a stance. The 1950’s serigraph measures 6-1/2 inches tall and 7-1/4 inches wide. It has its original label under the mat. The picture inside the mat measures 5-1/4 inches tall and 6 inches wide. Set in a wood frame that measures 8-3/4 inches square. Frame looks nice but does have light gold loss. Signed in the serigraph, Vigil. Frank Vigil was an Apache Indian artist out of the Santa Fe, New Mexico artist colony. He specialized in Indian horses and weather watercolor paintings and serigraphs. This one was sold out of the Tewa Enterprises gallery of Santa Fe. I opened the back to clean the glass and get a picture of the serigraph.
