Here is a McMaster Craft, Pottery, Canada Scottish Terrier dog made with red terra cotta clay. The dog has a blue heavy drip glaze. McMaster Craft pottery was in Dundas, Ontario, Canada. The company started in 1938 by Harry Jay McMaster who was originally from Pennsylvania, USA. They produced local red terra cotta clays. In 1939 they bought out operations and assets of Dudas Pottery company. They made a lot Souvenir pieces for different cities in Canada and used lettering to identify the area. The identification tag used was a foil sticker. This piece is missing his foil sticker. I would say he is 1940s-1950s. He is in great condition. All I see is light surface crazing in areas and a few tiny spots of missing paint not worth mentioning. He measures 3 inches tall and 3-3/4 inches long.
