Vintage set of Dakota Rosemeade fighting rooster cock figurines. The largest one measures approx. 5-1/2"H x 6-1/2”L. The smaller one measures approx. 4-3/4"H x 6-1/4"L. There are no chips or cracks. They are in great condition. Vivid in color and highly glazed pieces. Please note all white is glare and not chips. As with all these type potteries there is a few tiny raised bumps under glaze and a couple teeny tiny air bubbles in glaze again, totally normal for pottery. What a great addition to your Rosemeade Collection.
Rosemeade pottery created by, “Laura Taylor Hughes”. She and her husband founded Wahpeton Pottery Company in January 1940 and married three years later. The company name was changed to Rosemeade Potteries in 1953. Rosemeade Potteries closed in 1961.
