Nice vintage felt derby from the Brooks Clothing Company California. Made circa 1940’s. This black derby is in ok condition. Has some small unobtrusive cuts on edge. Looks like something hit the side felt brim and created holes. Doesn't show unless you push on them with finger. About 1/4 inch in size. Please see last 2 pictures. Hat measures 10-1/2 inches wide and 12-1/2 inches long. Great for a costume party, old photography and movie skits. Would look nice in a shadow box too. I did not have the heart to toss since I didn’t notice the flaws when I bought it myself.
