This looks like a Russian church or town with the tall building spires. Made of enamel and glass on copper. This painting is signed lower right, Dr ’97. On the verso is what I am guessing is the description and artist info but I do not read Russian. The painting is in great condition. I do see a couple small black spots of missed enamel which is from manufacture. (Not worth mentioning but did for the perfectionist.) This artist used bits of colored glass that melted down to give the painting dimension. He then used a gold enamel to paint the buildings. The picture measures about 4-3/4 inches tall and 6 inches wide. Set in a white frame that measures 7 inches tall and 8-1/2 inches wide.
