This sealed package of Christmas Noel angel ornaments was made in the USA by the Star Band Company in the 1950s. The four 4" high angels are made of thin, brittle molded plastic in a process called vacuform. Each holds a letter spelling out NOEL. The cardboard package header describes them as Christmas Pixie Ornaments, and the back has photos and suggested uses: cake decorations, tree ornaments, package trims, and centerpieces. The plastic package covering is loose at one corner and the angels have some flattened areas from storage with tiny cracks to the plastic at the bottoms - you should be able to pop the flat areas back out fairly easily.
