These 1930s figural souvenir salt and pepper shakers aren't marked but they look American made. One is an Indian chief in full feathered headdress, sitting cross legged and holding a peace pipe. The other shaker is a buckskin covered drum with a decal on the top reading "Souvenir of The Pagoda, Reading Pa.". It's a little puzzling how the Native American theme relates to the historic Japanese style Pagoda building, but souvenir items are often incongruous.
The Chief is 3-1/4" tall, the drum 1-5/8". Both pieces are missing their cork stoppers but are otherwise in good vintage condition with no damage.
