This late 1950s to early 1960s ceramic Christmas coin bank features a red Santa Claus boot, trimmed with gold-sponged spaghetti type fur at the cuff, gold sole, and decorated with red berries and green holly leaves. The bank is 5 inches high by 6 inches wide from heel to toe. The rubber stopper is intact on the bottom. A gold foil label on the bottom reads "Imported, Made In Japan, Santa Claus Programs". The bank was sold as a souvenir at the Santa Claus Museum or one of the other attractions in the town of Santa Claus, Indiana. In excellent condition with no wear or damage.
