These Diamond Ray Jeweled Christmas Icicles were first produced in the 1930s. They are 5-1/2 inches long, made of flat strands of twisted metal (steel or tin), colored on one side (some are colored on both sides). The strands have a hole on one end through which thread was supposed to be tied for hanging on the tree. The boxes originally contained 16 icicles. There are 30 in this lot, loose without boxes. Some have spotty oxidation and age wear, otherwise good vintage condition with still-bright colors.
