This 11 inch high 1950s mica encrusted electric lamp post or street light can be used alone or as part of a putz Christmas village scene. Made of sturdy cardboard, it's completely coated in white crushed glass mica and gold glitter. The base is decorated with glittered sponge moss trees, the post has metallic green foil holly leaves and a red lacquered berry.
The red candle bulb lights up fine and the cord and plug are in excellent condition with no cracks, brittleness, or splits. There is very slight edge wear to a couple of the corners, nothing noticeable. The lamp comes with its original cardboard box, plain except for a Made in Japan label and stock number markings.
