Chinex was made by MacBeth-Evans in the late 1930s to early 1940s. It's similar to their Cremax line, but Chinex has an embossed floral scroll pattern just inside the piecrust rim. This ivory white glass 9" diameter by 2-1/2" deep serving or vegetable bowl is decorated with a pretty bouquet of roses and other flowers in orange, blue, and yellow. It's in excellent, still glossy condition with no chips, cracks, or flakes.
