This vintage Shiny Brite glass Christmas ornament has an unsilvered pink and blue shaded finish with a stars, moon and planets scene dusted with clear glitter. Most unsilvered American ornaments were made during the 1940s World War II years. I've never been able to confirm whether this style is in fact a true war ornament or if it was made shortly afterward while silver nitrate was still hard for non-military manufacturers to obtain.
The ornament is 2-1/2 inches high. It does have a little wear to the finish and glitter loss as shown.
