Haeger 1940s Blue Lady Pushing Baby Buggy Nursery Planter - image 1 of 6

This large Haeger Pottery nursery planter can be dated to 1945-1946, based on the 75th anniversary foil label on the bottom. Solid baby blue in color, it depicts a Victorian or colonial lady wearing a sunbonnet pushing a baby carriage. Planters like this filled with flowers or a small plant were popular gifts to the parents of a newborn baby.

The planter measures just over 7-1/2 inches high by 9 inches long. The planter area is about 3 by 5 inches. In excellent condition with no damage, crazing, or evidence of use (no dirt, sediment, or water stains inside).

Due to use of both fixed price and weight based shipping, the calculator will often be too high on multi item purchases. If you purchase two or more items and your ship cost seems excessive, just wait to pay until I can adjust your shipping to actual.
