This Mid Century Austrian needlepoint tapestry kit was designed as a chair back, however you can finish it any way you wish by simply stitching over the pre-drawn outline. It's a Victorian or Colonial woman in a garden, framed in a scroll of roses and other flowers. Made by Wiener Handarbeit Mills, the 12-24 gauge cotton penelope canvas measures 31 by 36 inches overall, the design area is about 11 by 14 inches to the edges of the flower border. The sealed pack of wool yarn specific to this canvas is included, as is the appropriate size tapestry needle.

I have the matching chair seat canvas kit listed in the shop (search my shop for 7212A). It has the same flower border as this one, but the center is a flower spray rather than the lady.
