This is a very cool, vintage Mid Century copper over steel restaurant napkin holder, made by the Santa Barbara restaurant ware manufacturer Dripcut-Starline. The flexible chrome insert plates compress on springs to dispense napkins from both sides. It has 4 hard rubber feet on the bottom and stands 7-1/4 inches high.
The holder has minor small scuffs from normal use, no dents or dings. The finish could use a better cleaning than what I gave it, maybe some copper polish to remove the small tarnish spots. The white specks in the photos are caused by the camera flash on the lacquered coating. You may wish to remove the lacquer, it will allow you to clean the holder much more easily. You can buy napkins to fit the holder at warehouse clubs like Costco, Sam's Club, or paper goods supply stores.
