This lighted Howdy Doody with Santa Claus lighted Christmas wall or window decoration was made by Royalites (Royal Electric) between 1951 and 1956. It measures 14 by 10-1/4 inches. The back is cardboard, the front is molded thin Vacuform type plastic.

Because of its seasonal nature, this is a fairly scarce piece of Howdy merchandising, and it's hard to find a pristine example. The lower left corner of the Vacuform has a crack/hole, shown in extreme closeup in the next to last photo, and there are several unbroken small depressions or dents. But the coloring is good, the cord and plug are excellent with no brittleness or damage, and the light works. The original box is in poor condition with missing upper flap, staining, and duct tape repairs. I showed the worst side in the last picture.
