Although it has a beautiful iridescent marigold finish, this Madrid pattern console bowl by Federal Glass is considered a Depression glass piece rather than Carnival glass. It was produced from 1932 to 1939. The only other piece of iridescent Madrid was a candlestick.

The bowl measures 11 inches diameter by 2-1/4 inches deep. The raised pattern is on the exterior, the interior is smooth. The finish and coloring are excellent with no fading, scratches, or wear, and there are no chips, flakes, or other damage.
