Because this vintage hand carved wooden figure came with a fisherman and sea captain of the same size and scale, I believe he represents a stevedore or longshoreman holding a club. He has a black string mustache, Asian style hat, and applied rather than painted eyes. The figure is just over 12 inches high and in very good condition aside from some paint rubs at the front brim of the hat. The bottom is unmarked.
