This antique copper kerosene or oil lamp frame needs a shade and glass hurricane globe. It has never been converted to electric. It measures just under 22 inches high from the top of the upper finial to the lower ring. The font is 5 inches diameter. The arms are 9-1/4 inches wide, the narrow angle where the shade would fit has a span of 5 to 5-1/2 inches.
The brass burner is marked Eagle. There's about 7 inches of wick left. I'm not sure what the little hook hanging from the top is for - my guess would be to hold a snuffer. There is age related wear as shown and the hanging chain is rusty, there are no dents or dings.
