This pretty boxed silvered glass spire tip Christmas tree topper was made in West Germany in the 1970s. It's 10 inches high in an unusual purple color with thick gold, silver, and mica glitter decoration. The spire is ribbed, the lower globe has three flower petal embossed indents, all decorated in alternating silver and gold glitter. Between the indents are three white mica glittered pine trees. The topper is in very good vintage condition with no scratches, damage, or loss of inner silvering. There's some loss to the mica glittered trees and rings above and below the indents. The box lid has storage wear as shown but is intact with the original protective plastic insert.
