Twelve 1940s unsilvered American made glass Christmas ornaments, produced during World War II when silvering agents were only available for military use. Most are decorated with painted stripes on clear or flashed-on colors. One is solid transparent green, another is painted opaque blue with pink and white stripes. They are between 2 and 2-3/8 inches diameter.
There are no chips or breaks. You can see a few skips and scratches to the painted stripes, and a couple have minor flaking or wear to the flashed-on background colors. The ornaments will be shipped in a non-original covered box.
