This vintage footed copper kitchen colander was made in Portugal in the 1970s to early 1980s. It's well made and will look good in your kitchen when not in use. It stands 5-1/2 inches high and is 8-3/4" diameter, not including the cast brass side handles. The stainless interior lining has no scratches, rust, dings, or plate loss. The copper exterior is clean and shiny. The buyer may wish to remove the lacquer coating before use as there are some faint, dull whitish streaks near the rim from contact with steam - once the lacquer is removed the streaks will disappear. Marked Solid Copper Portugal on the bottom.
