These 12 colorful indented glass Christmas ornaments were made in 1950s and 1960s West Germany, one or two may be older. They measure 2-1/8 to nearly 3 inches diameter. Most of the embossed center indents are tinted in bright transparent colors. The sides and backs are decorated with painted, glittered, or mica designs. Two ornaments are indented on both sides front and back.
The large pink and silver indent has some type of repair at the side - it looks like someone actually glued a chipped piece of silver glass back in place. The repair is very secure and doesn't show from the front. Some of the ornaments have a little finish wear to the backs as shown but most are in excellent condition. The box is not in the best condition, with taped tears and splits and missing lid flaps.
