A pair of classic, old fashioned illuminated Christmas window candle decorations from the 1930s. They're about 11 inches tall and have heavy painted cardboard candle tubes with applied faux wax drips. The bases are mustard brown Bakelite or a similar phenolic plastic with molded mistletoe decoration.
The candles take larger C-9 outdoor type light bulbs. Two are included as shown. One has the original silk wrapped electrical cord. The other was rewired at some point with a longer 1950s era cord and plug. It was not the cleanest rewire job as shown in the photo of the underside but both candles light up fine as shown. There are some storage scuffs and scratches to the painted finish of the cardboard tubes and one Bakelite base is chipped.
