This tin-washed heavy copper rimmed tray comes from Turkey or the Middle East in the first half of the last century. It's 17-1/2 inches diameter with a nearly 1-1/2 gallery piecrust-edge crimped rim. This type of tray is often used for table tops as well as wall decoration.
The center bows in just a bit. There are a few small verdigris spots and some uneven patina caused by items displayed on the tray over a long period of time. This is magnified by the camera flash in the photos - in normal light the color variations aren't as dramatic. I haven't cleaned or polished the tray but of course you may do so to obtain a brighter and more even coloration. I've shown a regular size coffee mug in the last photo to give you an idea of scale.
