Fine antique Victorian to Edwardian era PAIR of matching 27.75" tall vanity or dressing table chest of drawers side pieces, now wonderful Bru doll sized furniture accents with carved tops or finals, gilt ormolu drawer pulls and those lovely shaped & thick beveled mirrors! These obviously came from an old dressing chest, they would have been mounted on the top of a chest of drawers at each side and likely with a mirror held between them. Old pieces, you can really see the age in the backs and bottoms in their construction. Rich walnut, I believe, and just lovely little furniture accents so don't limit them to only doll related uses, Great on a large bar perhaps or incorporated into a custom piece of furniture. Lovely and rare to find a matched pair!
Very good condition. Unfortunately, due to their size and weight, we'll need to ship these separately and UPS ground will likely be the most economical means. As noted, these were surely part of a larger dressing chest and so the inside veneers are less attractive than the 'outside' but still very presentable as you can see in the images. The mirrors are original with no chips or cracks but they do have some dark spots to the silvering. Some chipping visible to the moulding around the bases and the wood viewed from the back and bottoms is quite aged looking. Some slight water staining to the top horizontal surfaces but we've just wood oiled them for preservation and to enhance the natural finish. See pictures for measurements.
