A fine representational set of 2 large Czech or Bohemian thick glass vases or drinking tumblers, probably Moser, though unsigned, that have been both ornately hand decorated and beautifully preserved. We see this type of 19th century art glass listed as Moser and I'm quite sure that is accurate to describe these unsigned large works of glassmaker's art. Each has a hand painted Romantic Era mini-masterpiece as the cartouche, and garlands of flowers decorating the milk glass on clear glass cutaway pair. Heavy thick glass, entirely worked by hand and hand painted, will thrill whether in display or in use as wine goblets or vases for mantel or table.
Very good to excellent condition throughout, no chips or cracks and no hairlines. The paintings are nicely done. A little loss to the applied gold rims, consistent with age. The pair are sold together. Measurements on photos.
