Fabulous & RARE antique French Napoleonic era 33.5" table cabinet, vitrine, a miniature armoire sized piece in rosewood with Dore bronze accents, elegant French Empire styling and wonderful condition for it's 200 or so years! Quite rare, this one came to us directly from France and is as impressive as can be! Large, it's 33.5" tall and up to 20 7/8" at its widest. Vibrant rosewood veneers throughout, the facade with turned columns at each side with Dore bronze fittings and a lovely Empire style bronze accent top center. The top cabinet with two doors, two inner shelves and a working lock with key. A few imperfections but truly remarkable given its age, etc. A bit larger than Bru doll sized furniture but I think within the limits and would be an exquisite large furniture piece in a doll setting. Of course, the use is really up to you and it will definitely add elegance to whatever space it ends up occupying. Rare, don't miss it!
Good to very good condition. There is a repaired chip to the bottom right corner of the right side cabinet door and a repaired chip to the rear left corner of the bottom panel. A veneer split to the top blocks, right and left sides, just above the columns or pillars. Some splitting to the top wood panel (black finish) and also to the rear wood panel. As noted, the lock and key work. See pictures for all measurements.
