Springtime green set to serve aperitif or after-dinner liqueur to your group of 4 or 5 friends. We think of this one as a set for 4 but with a spare cup just in case. Of course it would have originally had 6 of the small shot cups. Other than the loss of one, it's survived a century and a half beautifully. These sets are art glass from the Napoleon III era (c.1850-70, roughly) and this one just pops with color and charm.
Very good to excellent condition for age and type. I find no chips nor hairlines in the set, though of course a nod to the one missing cordial cup. There is one decanter, one tray, one stopper and 5 cups (service for 4 and a spare in case you ever break one). Displays like emerald gems, and is such a pretty set, too. The cups are 2" tall, 2 1/8" wide with handles and have 1.5" diameters. All other measurements are noted directly on our photos.
Our photos are large and clear. We do expect our customers to review them all, evaluate the item based on both our description and our images. Thanks for all the compliments - we love what we do! Antiques & Uncommon Treasure - all the best, all the time!
