Gorgeous antique French Napoleon III to Belle Epoque era PAIR of sterling silver demitasse sized espresso or tea cup & saucer set, 4pcs with engraved monograms and ornate rococo styling! A cup & saucer pair here, meaning there are two cups and two saucers in this set, perfect for an intimate evening or doppio in the morning to get your day started :). Both beautifully ornate with rocaille decoration around the rims of all, interlaced monograms on each piece and those lovely sinuous handles. All pieces bear the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number "1" within those marks means they're in at least .950 silver (95% pure and higher than the .925 standard for "sterling" silver). The silversmith marks are for Adolphe Boulanger, Paris circa 1876-1899. A divine service for two, don't miss them!
Very good to excellent condition. Do damage or repairs that I can see but one cup and saucer have a bit more visible tarnish spots (sorry). Some light surface scuffing and possibly a tiny dimple or two but no larger dents, etc. See pictures for weights and measurements.
