Pattern X39F, "Turquoise Grey" is the closest I can find, nearly exact with only a minor variance in the gold rim and dates before 1923. These marked and made for the Loring Andrews Company, Cincinnati and are all in fabulous condition. A full set of ten, great layered on a more subtle patterned dinner plate or charger and definitely a splash of color for your dining enjoyment.
Very good condition. No rim chips or cracks to note, the enamel and decoration is all as fine as can be. See pictures for measurements.
