Antique Russian hallmarked .800 (nearly sterling) silver 1 3/4" napkin ring with ornate Aesthetic style decoration, no monogram and 1889 silversmith markings! I've not been able to find a reference to the maker but it appears to read "BA", possibly for Vasily Agafonov, and then there's the Russian marking in oval the the rider on horseback (St. George slaying the dragon), "AA" for the assayer Anatoly Apollonovich Artsybashev and "1889" as the date of manufacture. A lovely little ring, enjoy!

Very good condition. This one weighs a relatively heavy 34 grams, built to last, great condition as you can see from the images with just some surface marks/nicks or scuffs. There is a bit of darkening visible in the images but they're not as noticeable in person. See pictures for measurements.
