Delightful antique Victorian era Black Forest hand carved cigar smoker's stand, nicely sized piece with brass spent match bowl and unique bushy tailed fox figure! Yes, the larger tree trunk shaped cup would surely have been meant to hold cigars but wouldn't this one make a great desk top accent, holding pens, pencils, etc. and paperclips in the dish. Rare fox figure, this one shown as if stalking prey up around the base of the tree, he's looking down toward the spent match dish and his hind legs curl down the back side....wonderful!

Very good condition. Chips to the tips of the figure's ears, a small nip or two elsewhere but no large chips, damage or repairs to note. There are a few small dimples in the brass bowl. See pictures for measurements.
